Kama Ayurveda Pure Rose Water - Product Review

Well I have been trying to incorporate all natural and organic products in my skin routine lately  .. kind of hitting back to my roots ... I am someone who follows the CTM (Cleansing Toning and Moisturizing)  rule for my skin routine religiously .. So I am trying to incorporate all organic and natural products in my current skin routine .. For Cleansing I am using TBS Tea tree face wash .. Toner ..Kama Ayurveda Pure Rose water .. and for Moisturizer it is Himalaya Clear Complexion Whitening Day Cream

What Product claims :

KAMA Ayurveda Pure Rosewater is made from the roses of Kannauj, a region in North India, rich in white soil conductive to roses growth. The Kannauj rose is considered special, it has the same specifications as the Bulgarian rose.The steam water distillation process used to create this wonderful rosewater ensures a high level of hygiene and unmatched purity.

Rose water is a natural astringent. It balances and restores skin's PH level and helps tighten pores.Rose water is also a good non-alcoholic toner. Kama rosewater is a good non-alcoholic refresher that helps remove the residue of the previous cleansing procedures such as removing of makeup. It refines the pores and tones the skin making it ready for moisturizing treatment. It can also be used to damp skin before applying Kama Natural Plant Mask (Lavanya) or Kama Miraculous Beauty Fluid (Kumkumadi).

Kama rosewater can also be used as an aftershave. Aftershaves are basically toners, however because most aftershaves are primarily made of alcohol and perfume, they damage the skin by disturbing the recovery of the mantle, which is destroyed by shaving soap and razor blade use.

Rosa

• It has such a cute packaging .. very simple yet so chic ! .. It comes in a dark brown colored plastic bottle with a spray and a transparent cap.
• The spray nozzle system is the best i have seen so far in terms of quality .. it sprays the right amount and it feels like fresh breezy mist on my face.
• It is travel friendly and sturdy.
• It has a pastel pink sticker on it with all the relevant details about the product.

My Take on this ..! 

I have been using rose water from ages now ..However mostly it was the Dabur Gulabari one .. I got my hands on the Kama Ayurveda Rose water pretty recently and I haven't gone back to any other rose water ever since I used this one.It is much purer than any other rose waters that I have used so far.

I incorporate rose water in countless ways on daily basis for skin , blemishes , scars , hair and several other problematic areas .. I have consolidated all the uses for rose water and how I prefer using the same below:

1. Rose water for hair Scalp & Hair Spray: The application of rose water on scalp works wonder. It nourishes, conditioning and moisturises the hair follicles thereby promotes hair health like hair shining, long hair, hair beauty, etc. It makes dandruff at bay.I also use it as a hair spray to keep my dry hair hydrated and to wave off the frizziness..as this one is travel friendly it has become a must have in my handbag.
2. Rose water for anti-aging & Skin: The regular application of rose water on the face helps to make your skin soft and glowing due to the presence of antioxidants and vitamins.It lessens the redness, beneficial for dermatitis and eczema because of anti-inflammatory properties. Due to pollution and our faulty lifestyle, the skin pores get clogged. The application of rose water helps to opens up the clogged skin pores and also removes dirt and oils.
3. Rose water for face: It makes the skin hydrate, keeps it moisture and smooth thereby give your face a glowing look.I use rose water with any of my face packs and masks and also I spray directly on my face for that fresh glow.
4. Rose water heals scars: It heals scars due to anti-bacterial properties so all you need to do is spray some on your scars and let it take its action.It can also be used as an after shave.
5. Antioxidant properties: Because of antioxidant properties of rose water, it enhances your skin immunity and helps in regenerating of skin tissues.
6. Rose water for tone skin: i use rose water majorly as a toner for its astringent properties .. It helps to maintain the pH balance of the skin .. as all other toners contain alcohol .. and rose water is the most natural non-alcoholic toner available .. It is suggested to apply rose water just after steaming your face for better results .. 
7. Rose water reduces anxiety and stress: Rose water is used in aromatherapy. The fragrance of rose water creates an atmosphere of well-being and acts like as mood elevator, stress buster and anxiety reliever. Along with lessening stress, it also promote sound sleep.

What Did I like about this product ?:

1. Best natural toner .. Natural astringent , It is made with the steam water distillation process with the Bulgarian roses that ensures a high level of hygiene and unmatched purity.
2. Balances pH level of the skin.
3. Tightens pores
4. Non-alcoholic
5. It feels so fresh and skin is moisturised too.
6. I also use it on my hair regularly to add that moisture back to my dry and frizzy hair.
7. Spray mechanism is of prime quality.
8. Travel Friendly , small bottle fits in any small handbag.

What did I dislike about this product:

It is definitely on a pricier side , and the reason for it is ..since the process of making the rose water is very natural and pure ..It does not use any essential rose oils to make the rose water ..so it is on the expensive side.

Apart from being expensive I have nothing else to criticise about this one .. 

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes , I would highly recommend all of you to incorporate rose water in your daily skin and hair routine and notice a significant change ..
