As you might know already, I am someone with normal to oily skin, especially with my T-Zone being oily and rest of the skin seemingly normal. I obviously have a lot of breakouts and zits every now and then, also I keep suffering with a lot with acne issues, leaving my skin with permanent blemish marks and wretched uneven patches. The sun shows no mercy with end result being uneven skin tone with dark marks, spots and uneven patches around cheeks, temples and forehead. 

To make my skin better in the long run, I went through a lot of products and ended up loving the whole range from Plum. Today, I would we would be reviewing the night gel - "Plum Green Tea Renewed Clarity Night Gel" from Plum’s range of products.

Using depigmentation creams was one of the many steps towards improving my skin, I have been using this for some time now as a Night cream and I am so proud to say that my skin is healthy, almost spot free has even skin tone and has remarkably proved to be a blessing for me at times I needed the most.

What Product claims : 

Your skin needs night time hydration and nourishment. But if you have oily skin, you must've tried night cream after night cream, and are still tired of waking up every morning with an oily skin. Presenting a breakthrough product from Plum for clear, fresh and hydrated skin every morning. Minus the greasiness! 

The refreshing gel-like texture is LOADED with antioxidants (from green tea, ginkgo and goji berry) and plant nutrients (from aloe, licorice and willow bark) for clear, even-toned skin. We've chosen argan oil (a non-comedogenic beauty) to get you balanced hydration minus the oiliness and clogged pores.

Plum is, not only, a completely vegan brand but their products are completely free of Parabens, Phthalates, Propylene Glycol, SLS, DEA & PABA. This in itself sets them apart from the crowd. They do not test their products on animals and are inclined towards natural and organic products.

Packaging & Texture:

• It comes in a frosty glass tub/tumbler with a matte silver cover lid to prevent the product from spilling out.It also has an inner lid that prevents the gel to stick to the outer cover.
• The gel is medium consistency , its neither too thick nor too runny, greenish in color and doesn't leave any white cast on the skin.
• Texture is very smooth, gel like, very light, non greasy and glides on perfectly on the skin leaving it hydrated.
• As the product claims, it is filled with anti-oxidants like green tea, ginkgo biloba leaf extract, lyceum barbarum(goji) fruit extract which are great for our skin.
• It takes only a pea size amount for face and neck and lasts for almost 6 months.

My Take on this ..! 

Well this night gel revolutionized the way my skin was and transformed it into something that I could not believe. I don't claim that this worked out fastest for me .. NO! .. I had to be very patient and I used it without daily on everyday basis as my night cream for almost 6 months to see the best results.

I have a fixed night skin routine of cleansing my face, followed by toner, followed by this cream. I need only a pea sized amount for my entire face and neck and I gently rub it in till it gets completely absorbed. It doesn't leave any white cast or oily layer .. It is very comfortable to wear this gel and sleep overnight. I wake up in the morning with very soft and supple skin. I have used this gel after my acne was treated and my face was a cluster of dark spots and marks. I saw the difference in my skin within 2 weeks and I was very happy the way it worked. I never got any zits or breakouts while using this. So overall it just worked perfectly for me and even my friends could notice the change in my skin.

The gel has a green tint to it and it smells very fresh. On application it gets absorbed in no time and leaves a slight healthy sheen on my face. It does tingle a little due to the ingredients, nothing that disturbs me though, its just the product working on the skin. 

It has been more than 6 months now that I have been using this with remarkable results , in fact beyond expectation and I absolutely rave about this one..

What Did I like about this product ?:

• Worked best on uneven skin tone, dark patches, dark spots.
• It doesn't have any harmful or harsh ingredients.
• Smooth textured and sinks in the skin in no time.
• doesn't cast any white cast on the skin post application.
• It does help in clearing acne and also acts to calm down the inflammation in the skin due to pimples and acne breakouts.
• No new breakout or zits after using this.
• Affordable.

What did I dislike about this product:

The only criticism for people who are too specific about the packaging could be that it comes in a glass tumbler which could be unhygienic. But if you are someone who does not get bothered with such nitty-gritty bits of packaging, just like me, then it's just fine. Cos for me the end result is what matters the most.

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes, if you are someone struggling with acne and uneven skin tone and patches then please please please give yourself the goodness of what this has to offer and let it work on your skin.

Which Brand is it ?? :

The product claims : 

A Sensuous Bathing Experience meets Irresistibly Soft Skin with Fiama Shower Gels. They are enriched with Skin Conditioner with Moisture Lock giving you soft, moisturized and youthful skin round the clock. Yet another innovation from Laboratoire Naturel, with natural ingredients and irresistible fragrances gives you an unmatchable bathing experience.

How does it Look and smell like ?:

• It comes with a clear, plastic bottle packaging with an orange flip cap. The shower gel is basically orange in color making the whole bottle look Orange with tiny exfoliating beads. 
• Dispensing the product is very convenient with a small nozzle on top , which is covered by the flip cap.
• Consistency is more towards the thicker side rather than being on the runny side which is nice.
• A decent amount of shower gel is needed for the entire body as it lathers well. So one bottle will last for 1-2 months.
• It never leaves my skin dry , so I can very well use it even during Winter season.
• Fragrance is so pleasant and amazing. As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell an amazing scent of fruits especially dominated by peach and the best part is that the scent stays for a decent time after using.
• Packaging is very sturdy and is travel friendly.

There are several other shower gels available in Fiama Di Wills which would cater to all skin types.You will never be bored as you will enjoy a wide range of products to try out. Buy a couple of shower gels and keep switching :) 

 How I like to use this :

Shower Gels are most convenient to use .. And they bring out the best bathing experience .

I prefer using a loofah when I am using shower gel as it makes lathering easier. I would take some amount of shower gel on my loofah .. gently massage on the body and wash it away under the shower ..  It cleanses the body well and is non-drying, so overall it is a pleasant experience. I particularly like the fragrance of it as my whole bathroom smells like a fruit basket after the shower :) .. its fruity pleasant and long lasting as well. Apart from all of this it also is on the inexpensive side , so that's a bonus !

I do want to mention that the formula is gel based , so it does take a while to wash off completely , and sometimes it feels like some product is still left to be washed off from the skin , all gel based shower gels feel the same and this is no exception.Also the exfoliating beads are non abrasive and i feel that they literally do nothing much in removing dead skin.

What Did I like about this product ?:

• I am in love with the texture and quality of this gel.
• Packaging is cute , sturdy and travel friendly.
• It leaves my skin soft and does not rip off the moisture.
• Fragrance is milfruity ,pleasant.
• Ingredients are more natural and organic.
• Less Quantity needed , so 250 ml is sufficient to last for 2 months if you do not share it :P .
• Several other variants are available almost for all skin types.
• Good for everyday use for all skin types as it is non-drying.

What did I dislike about this product:

I don't have much to complaint about this product , the only con that I could mention is that this product being gel based is slightly difficult to wash off .

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes , If you are on a hunt of everyday affordable shower gel that is good in quality and also gives that satisfying bath experience then please try these shower gels they are pretty good.

So as you all know that I am a huge fragrance hoarder and am always in hunt for new fragrances to test and try. This one is something that I wanted to try for a long time now and now that I got it, I thought that I should definitely share my review for it, so today I am going to review the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea – Eau De Parfum.

• It comes in a see through glass bottle with a light green plastic cap and simple spray nozzle to dispense the product.The EDP is green tinted so overall appearance of the bottle comes out green-ish.
• The bottle has a leaf design made on it making it look very elegant and pretty.
• The bottle does not contain any product information. For that you will have to keep the packaging intact with you.
• The packaging overall is fuss free and travel friendly.

My Experience with this ..! 

I received this EDP as a gift from a very dear friend of mine as all my friends are well aware that I love fragrances and have a huge fragrance stash.

So I am not a huge fan of fresh fragrances but this fragrance is very special to me first as it is a gift from a dear friend and second I genuinely liked the fragrance of it .. If you are someone who likes that fragrance of zesty crushed lemons , minty , fresh , smell of rains or wet earth , mud .. then you will definitely love this fragrance as this is a blend of all of those good things :)  and takes you back to those things. 

It is a mild fragrance and lasts for about 2 to 3 hours at max then you need to spritz it again to maintain the fragrance . It is best suited for people with sensitive noses and for those who prefer lighter fragrances.

I got my hands on few of the fragrance mists from bath and body works (BNBW) and I thought that I should definitely share my review for them , so today I am going to review the Bath & Body Works Dark Kiss – Fragrance Mist.

My Experience with this ..! 

I received this fragrance mist as a gift from a very dear friend of mine who ordered it online from purple.com as all my friends are well aware that I love fragrances and have a huge fragrance stash 

When I first opened the packaging and sniffed one spritz of this fragrance mist , my instant reaction was "wow" as it is quite a bold , deep , sexy , night time , winter appropriate kind of fragrance. I observed some strong vanilla , amber , berry notes and felt that overall the fragrance is appropriate for special occasions like a dinner date sorts. The fragrance is definitely quite strong and long lasting unlike other BNBW fragrance mists.If you are someone with sensitive nose then stay far away from this one as it may give you severe headache. I for sure love this fragrance and I am very happy with this gift :)

Since the top notes have berry in it , the first sniff will give you that raspberry , blueberry kind of fragrance , but with time it develops into more darker and deeper scent that involves rose ,peony , balsam , amber and musk.

Also it has aloe extracts which help in conditioning and nourishing the skin , it does not dry out my under arms not does it give any dark cast or pigmentation.

Overall I feel that this is one of the strongest fragrance mists that BNBW has in store and if you are someone who is looking for that deep amber , vanilla , berry & musky notes then definitely go for this one.
