Clean & Clear Oil Free Moisturiser - Product Review

I was on a hunt of a an everyday inexpensive moisturiser and was checking the products in the departmental store where I stumbled upon this moisturiser from Clean & Clear which is an oil free moisturiser. I started checking the ingredients and what it claims and felt like this is meant for oily and acne prone skin and it has salicylic acid that could help in keeping the acne to bay while giving me smoother skin , and it also was inexpensive so I quickly got this one and have been using it on regular basis . Specially during winters I never skip putting moisturiser , as my skin turns flaky otherwise.Let's get started with my experience with this product.

CLEAN & CLEAR Skin Balancing Moisturiser has an oil-free formula that moisturizes without greasiness and does not clog pores. Salicylic acid helps prevent pimples and blackheads. Leaves your skin feeling clean and beautifully clear

Directions to use:
Apply evenly on face and neck. Use twice daily for skin that's clean, clear and beautiful

Key Ingredients :

Water, Propylene Glycol, C12 - C15 Alkyl Benzoate, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Cyclomethicone, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol Isostearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Salicylic Acid, PEG-100 Stearate, Sodium Hydroxide, Dimethicone, Sodium Isostearoyl Lactylate, Carbomer, Acrylates C10 - C30 Alkyl Acrylate Cross polymer, Disodium EDTA, Fragrance, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

• It comes in a white and blue ombre colored plastic tube that looks elegant.
• The tube is curved on one side which gives a distinguished shape to it.
• It has a blue colored flip cap mechanism to dispense the product , which makes the use of it all hassle free and convenient .

• Packaging is simple , basic, decent , handy ,travel friendly 
• It has a white gel + creamy texture of medium to light consistency , which spreads easily on the face and gets absorbed in no time.

My Experience with this ..! 

Having acne prone skin , choosing an appropriate moisturiser is challenging . I was on a hunt for an affordable option and I stumbled upon this one.I like that this one is non-greasy . As being oily skinned already I really don't want to look like a shiny ball :P . It does the job well of moisturizing my face without making it looking oily.The moisturiser is sort of gel + cream based and the consistency is rather medium . A pea sized amount is enough for my face. It gets spread easily and is quick absorbing.It has salicylic acid that helps it to act against the acne and zits.I did not get any new break-outs after using this one. I cannot claim that it prevented from new pimples to pop though.I can only claim that it kept my skin moisturized without making it oily , and it was not responsible for breaking out my skin :) 

For everyday purpose this is a lightweight moisturiser , which is affordable and does the job well.

I am using this during winters so not observing any greasiness as such ,however during summers this may be a little greasy after say 2 hours or so which you can get rid of by using a blotting tissue .

What Did I like about this product ?:

• Packaging is simple.
• Does not break me out.
• Decently priced
• Easily available
• Value for money

What did I dislike about this product:

• Recommend to do a patch test as it has salicylic acid.
• Best only for oily skin.The moisturiser would not be sufficient for dry skin peeps.

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes , if you have similar skin type and issues as mine and also you are looking for affordable everyday moisturiser.

No , if you have dry or very dry skin this would be useless.
