Enchanteur MoistureSilk Perfumed Hand & Body Lotion: Romantic and Charming Product Review

As you all know "Winter is Coming " .. and with it comes a lot of skin issues , depending on the skin types ..different people may have different needs .For example.. People with dry skin .It is very natural to feel that stretchy skin (especially hands and legs) and they would prefer to go for something heavy and more hydrating moisturizers like body butter..or so.. People blessed with normal/Combination skin can manage with a lightweight moisturizer ..mostly non-greasy and quick absorbing & People with overall oily body skin will have a blissful time during winters as their natural body moisturizing mechanism does wonders.

I am someone with combination skin , so my moisturizers vary from season to season..I usually prefer to use light weight moisturizer during daytime as I don't want to deal with the stickiness while I have to work in office...so throughout the year .. irrespective of the season I continue using my light weight moisturizer.Whereas at night time , depending on the season I switch from light weight moisturizer in summers and body butters during winters..
I tried the moisturizers by Enchanteur , the MoistureSilk range .. and I quite liked it ..

Today I will be reviewing one such non-greasy light weight moisturizer by one of my most preferred brands Enchanteur.To know more about my experience with this product .. Please keep on reading .. :)

ENCHANTEUR is a renounced brand in the mass market fragrances category in Malaysia.

A range of quality French-inspired fragrances & fragrance-enhanced toiletries for the young, romantic & modern woman. They primarily have products like Perfumed Hand & Body Lotion,Perfumed Shower Gel/Creme,Roll-On Deodorant,Deodorant Stick,Body Mist,Talc.

The product claims that ENCHANTEUR Perfumed Body Lotions pamper you with lovely scents while keeping your skin beautifully soft and silky smooth.The Romantic and Charming variants are available in India .. so I will be reviewing the same.

How does it Look and smell like ?:

• All the Enchanteur products have a consistent packaging pattern (except for their perfumes / EDT) and color scheme throughout their product lines.They are all off white with the variant details on a sticker which has beautiful roses.
• The packaging is simple yet elegant , the moisturizer comes in an off-white color plastic bottle with a flip cap and a nozzle to dispense the product.
• The variant details are mentioned onto the bottle and other relevant details are provided including the product description , directions to use , price details , ingredients etc.
• Packaging is very sturdy and is travel friendly.

Texture :

• The moisturizer color ranges from white to being off white depending on the variant you are using and the ingredients present in it.I felt that the Romantic variant's color was more white as compared to Charming one .. which seemed towards off-white.
• The texture is very smooth , just what is expected from a moisturizer :).
• It spreads evenly and gets absorbed in no time.If you are someone who always runs late in the morning and have less time for moisturizing , this one is idealistic :)
• Its non-greasy moisture silk formulation is specially enriched with Aloe Vera and olive butter to give your skin optimum miniaturization and nourishment
• It is non-greasy and doesn't at all feel sticky , yet it feels hydrating at the same time.
• The moisturizer is very light , so this limits it's hydration power. Once applied it keeps my skin hydrated for at least 4-5 hours and I don't feel my skin stretchy or dry , so it is enough hydration for the day and I don't bother to carry it with me to reapply.
• As I have to travel and work all day in office , I always prefer a very light moisturizer so that I don't have to deal with the stickiness when I am engrossed in my work .

Fragrance:

• As the name suggests , it is a Perfumed hand & body lotion , both the variants (Romantic & Charming) are heavily perfumed.
• The Romantic variant has an uplifting fragrance of sweet Bulgarian Roses and White Jasmine to it where Jasmine fragrance is more dominating.
• The Charming one has exotic sensual fragrance of Rose Muguet and CedarWood.It's fragrance is definitely stronger than the Romantic variant.
• Fragrance is quite strong and lasts for at least an hour then fades away gracefully.
• If you want the fragrance to persist for longer time , try using the entire range of Enchanteur of same variant from body gel wash , deo , talcum , moisturizer and perfume/EDT and you will be completely dominated by uni-fragrance all day long.

1. MoistureSilk - There are 4 variants available under this range .. They are :

• Charming 
• Romantic
• Alluring (Unavailable in India)
• Enticing (Unavailable in India)

I will be reviewing the Charming and Romantic under this category.

2. Whitening: There are 3 Variants are available under this range.These are unavailable in India .. you may find them on amazon though...They are :

• Charming 
• Romantic 
• Alluring

I am yet to try the products in this range.

 How I like to use this :

If you know me well you would probably know that I am a sucker for strong fragrances . I always prefer to use perfumed moisturizers (body and hand) .. So I started using these moisturizers lately only to realize that I really love they way they make me smell.. I usually take the moisturizer generously on my palms , rub it and apply on my hands and legs.I feel really hydrated and the fragrance lingers for about an hour or so.I also use the deo and perfume of same range so the fragrance lasts longer for me.Since the formula is non-greasy with Aloe Vera and olive butter , it gives my skin optimum miniaturization and nourishment for at least 4-5 hours and I never have to bother to reapply or carry it along with ,while I am busy working in office.

How much does it Cost? !! :

What Did I like about this product ?:

• It's light , non-greasy , doesn't make me feel sticky or heavy at all.
• It lasts for almost 5-6 hours , my skin doesn't feel stretchy and don't feel the need to reapply moisturizer either.
• It gets absorbed instantly.
• It has goodness of Aloe Vera and olive butter, so it calms down my skin.
• Packaging is very elegant and pretty with beautiful fresh roses imprinted on it.
• I admire stronger fragrances , so I like the way it makes me smell.All are floral dominated fragrances.
• Travel Friendly and Sturdy packaging.
• The flip cap enables to dispense the product with hygiene.
• Nice Variants available.
• Good for everyday use , especially if you are someone who doesn't like sticky moisturizers.
• Idealistic for normal to oily skin.
• More suitable for summer season considering the light and non-greasy formula and floral fragrances.

What did I dislike about this product:

• For those having sensitive noses , you may be irritated with the perfumed moisturizer.
• It's idealistic for normal to oily skin . People with dry skin may feel that the hydration is less.

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes , Overall my experience is very positive about this one ,I usually prefer light moisturizer throughout the year specially during day time when I have to travel to office , I need something light and non-greasy.I like the floral fragrance and it gets absorbed really quick ..
