As we are transitioning from Winters into Summer .. I am literally craving over products that help to hydrate my skin. I have combination skin which is normal to oily .. But during summers my skin leans towards dry side .. so does in winters .. I know it seems my skin has a brain of its own !! anyways I end up with more and more moisturizers.

Today I am going to review Vaseline Cocoa Glow Moisturizing Cream.

How does it Look and smell like ?:
Packaging:

• Packaging is simple .. It comes in a "cocoa color" (light brown+ dark brown) colored plastic tub /Tumbler with a screw cap which s quite flat as compared to other moisturizers in market.
• When you open the lid, you will find an aluminium cover / lid protecting the cream from accessing it directly.You need to peel it off to get to the product. 
• The moment you open the lid, you will get a gust of cocoa fragrance which seems as pure as coffee or rather chocolaty-coffee. And you would notice that is light brown, very thick creamy consistency of the body butter. The consistency is not at all runny. It's rich, it's soft, it's butter like and it literally melts on the skin.
• The variant details are mentioned onto the bottom of the tub  & other relevant details are provided including the product description, directions to use, price details, ingredients etc.
• Packaging is very sturdy and is travel friendly.

Texture & Fragrance:

• Cocoa Body Butter is very thick and creamy and It absorbs right into the skin just like how butter melts down.
• It's color is light brown due to the ingredients present.
• It spreads evenly and gets absorbed in no time.
• It leaves a sheen on the skin , as it claims to be "Glow Moisturizing Cream"
• As the name suggests , the fragrance is exactly as Cocoa .. :) and the fragrance is long lasting as well.

Variants Available:
There are 2 variants available in this. They are :
1. Cocoa Glow.
2. Deep Restore.

 How I like to use this :

I have been using this for almost 2 weeks now on daily basis, morning and night and it feels that it will last me for one and a half month which is so so affordable for the price that I paid for it.
Using it is extremely simple, just open the lid and take some body butter with a spatula or dig in your fingers if you are too lazy to use a spatula .. and apply on your skin (usually hands and legs).I would not recommend using this on your face as it may give you breakouts.

Initially I felt that since it was a body cream which is thick and creamy it will be very greasy and shiny , but on the contrary it feels very much non-greasy (just a little greasy) and glowy on the skin. It gives a very healthy sheen on my skin and it definitely gets absorbed very quickly. 

The cocoa fragrance lingers for a decent amount of time and it's very very sweet.

What Did I like about this product ?:

• I am in love with the texture and quality and end result of this product.
• The body butter is very soft, thick, creamy .. just like butter. It simply melts down on the skin on application making my skin so soft and smooth.
• The fragrance is very sweet & long lasting too.
• It has goodness of Shea butter with cocoa seed butter in it.
• Packaging is sturdy and travel friendly.                                         
• Good for everyday use , especially during winters.
• Idealistic for dry to normal skin
• More suitable for winter season.

What did I dislike about this product:

• Sometimes tumbler / tub packaging is unhygienic as we need to dig in our fingers to dispense the product , however this is a body butter so I cannot expect them to provide it in a tube or something ..so I guess I just have to live with it ...:) 
• For those having sensitive noses , you may be little bothered by the fragrance.
• It's idealistic for dry to normal skin ..so it's a little bit greasy and attracts dust.

Recommended to use ?? 

Yes , I certainly recommend it to use , if you are for a lookout for inexpensive deep body moisturizer.
